2. Eligibility
By using Bzillion.Club, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You also confirm that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We follow a geographic tier system. Certain membership offers may not be available in all regions. Use of VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Membership & Access
VIP membership grants you access to:
- One (1) daily Broadcast Message (BM) to the community feed
- Post PTC (Paid-to-Click) ads within the platform
- Private messaging with other members
- Referral commissions as outlined in the compensation structure
- Launch bonuses as specified at the time of purchase (subject to availability)
4. Broadcast Rules
Each VIP member is permitted to post exactly one (1) Broadcast Message per 24-hour period. This limit exists to maintain feed quality and protect the value of all members' broadcasts. Violations of this rule may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All broadcast content must:
- Be lawful, honest, and not misleading
- Not promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Not contain spam, malware, or deceptive links
- Comply with all applicable advertising regulations
5. Referral & Compensation
Members may earn referral commissions of $0.05 per direct referral. A minimum balance of $10 is required before withdrawal. Bzillion.Club reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice. All financial results depend entirely on your individual efforts and business activities.
6. Affiliate Disclaimer
This offer is hosted and managed through WarriorPlus. Affiliates promoting this offer earn 50% commission per sale through the WarriorPlus platform. All affiliate activities must comply with WarriorPlus's terms and applicable FTC guidelines, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other members
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Post more than one broadcast per 24-hour period
- Spam members via private messaging
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bzillion.Club makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Member testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Your outcomes will vary based on your dedication, strategy, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bzillion.Club, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.
10. Platform Statistics
All member statistics displayed on the platform (active members, ad clicks, active promotions) are live and updating in real-time. All visits are delivered manually to ensure quality and compliance.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
